The Signode BXT3-32 is the ideal battery powered strapping tool designed for 1 inch and 1-1/4” poly strapping. It is designed for medium and heavy duty applications and works as the perfect alternative to steel banding. It is a flexible battery-run strapping tool as it can be used in both manual and automatic modes.
Configuration & Applications
The automatic mode in the BXT3-32 helps in completing the strapping tasks without the operator having to do much. The tool will pull the strapping to the pre set tension, weld and cut the strap automatically.

Another advantage of using this powerful poly strapping tool is that the tensioning force can be adjusted based on the kind of application. The tension can be adjusted between 1,000 and 5,000 N in low-tension and between 2,000 and 6,500 N in the high-tension mode. The strapping tension force and the weld strength could be easily adjusted thanks to the advanced electronics controls.
