A383 Pneumatic Combination Sealless Steel Strapping Tool

Combination seal less tools are the current rage in the market. These tools have proven to be cost effective and efficient in the packaging industry. Many have begun switching over to these tools, as they are also convenient to use. The A383 is one such tool manufactured by Fromm.

The A383 is the heavier and larger version of the A380 and is used in the same industries.  It can be used with 1.25″ wide high tensile steel straps. The A383 tool is supplied as a two-button version. This tool is being used effectively in the steel, aluminum and lumber packaging industries and this is due to the mechanics of this tool.

The other advantage in using this tool is that it is a seal less tool. The A383 tool is perfect for flat packages and those that are otherwise difficult to strap. It also pulls high tension because of its large size and durability. It is known to hold up well even during harsh strapping conditions. The A-383 can also strap in fully automatic and semi- automatic modes and provides a choice of four different tensioning levels to suit different applications.

The A383 has become popular due to its excellent features and this makes it stand out among other seal less pneumatic tools. The tool can pull over 3,300 pounds of tension that is way more than other tools of its kind. It is a heavy-duty machine that can withstand harsh working conditions with a design that can handle many application types.

Due to the pneumatic component, uniform tensioning can be ensured from package to package and this reduces strapping error and delivery damage. The MicroLock seal less system adds greater seal security too.  It weighs about 50 pounds and it is better to suspend this tool from a bracket for stationary applications.

However, people are still hesitant about abandoning metal seals when strapping packages, both small and heavy duty. But sealless tools are quickly overtaking metal seals as they have proven to be more efficient and economical. Seal less tools can save up to ten percent when the cost of supplying metal seals is eliminated from the budget.
